The Role
We are seeking a hungry, highly experienced, industry‑driven Sales Director who thrives on winning business and driving growth fast. This role requires someone who can find their own leads, build immediate pipelines, and bring in new business from day one, while shaping and leading our long‑term sales strategy. You will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and positioning Cube Branding as a leading branding and large format print partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to grow revenue from £3–5m to £7m+ within 2–3 years.
- Lead aggressive growth of the large format print division, driving new opportunities and market penetration.
- Expand revenue across agency branding work, vehicle wrapping, signage, and complete brand rollouts.
- Establish KPIs, forecasting, and detailed performance metrics to ensure consistent and predictable growth.
- Find your own leads, build your own pipeline, and bring in new business from day one.
- Identify, target, and win high‑value opportunities across retail, corporate, construction, events, hospitality, and agency sectors.
- Build long‑term relationships with key accounts and expand their spend across all Cube Branding services.
- Drive outbound sales activity including prospecting, networking, cold outreach, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
- Own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal, pitch, negotiation, and closure.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a top‑performing sales team that matches your pace and ambition.
- Create a culture of accountability, high standards, and consistent performance.
- Work closely with design, production, installation, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
