Role Overview

The Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London office.

This position is responsible for delivering a professional front-of-house experience, supporting administrative functions, and maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced tech setting, is highly organised, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Key Objectives
  • Create a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors, clients, and team members.
  • Ensure seamless front desk operations, including call handling, visitor management, and meeting coordination.
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to internal teams.
  • Maintain a well-organised, stocked, and safe office space that supports productivity and collaboration.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive support and teamwork.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties: greeting guests, answering calls, handling deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with calendar scheduling, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and coordinate desk setups.
  • Help facilitate internal events as directed by Event and Comms lead
  • Provide general administrative support to the administration team
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a high level of discretion.
