If you have an engineering background, skilled in project management, Cubbie is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and expand our installation and logistics functions across Ireland, the UK and into Europe. This successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by building, developing, and managing a high-performing team and developing strategies and processes to best service our customers.
As we consolidate in Ireland and the UK, and expand across Europe, this role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to position this company as the #1 support tool for the Neurodiverse community.
- Management of the Installation program, ensuring product delivery is co-ordinated and executed Right First Time.
- Develop, mentor and expand the team – ensuring capacity of service across all functions of Installation, Maintenance and Customer Care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in delivering projects with experience in the use of project management tools.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft platform, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms an advantage.
This is a full-time position, operating out of the UK offices located in the Hemel Hempstead / Luton area. Extensive travel will be required to go onsite, as the team is developing, meet with potential clients and vendors.
