If you have an engineering background, skilled in project management, Cubbie is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and expand our installation and logistics functions across Ireland, the UK and into Europe. This successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth by building, developing, and managing a high-performing team and developing strategies and processes to best service our customers. The ideal candidate is a leader who can identify and develop innovative solutions and create a lasting impact in the lives of neurodivergent individuals. Responsibilities As we consolidate in Ireland and the UK, and expand across Europe, this role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to position this company as the #1 support tool for the Neurodiverse community. This role includes: Management of the Installation program, ensuring product delivery is co-ordinated and executed Right First Time. Management and control of the logistics systems, ensuring JIT stock levels across Ireland and the UK initially while developing solutions into Europe. Develop, mentoring and expanding the team – ensuring capacity of service across all functions of Installation, Maintenance and Customer Care, Identifying and liaising with new vendors while managing cost reduction programs within the existing supply chain. Budget management. Regular reporting to senior management. Qualifications / Skills / Experience This company is experiencing rapid growth and are seeking candidates that have a ‘Can Do’ attitude with a proven track record for getting the job done. This candidate should have: Degree in Engineering or a related field. 5+ years experience in an engineering (or related) management position Proven experience in delivering projects with experience in the use of project management tools. Leadership, communication, motivational and negotiation skills. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft platform, especially Excel. Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms an advantage. A passion for making a positive impact on the well-being of neurodivergent individuals thought technology solutions. Additional Information · This is a full-time position, operating out of the UK offices located in the Hemel Hempstead / Luton area. · Extensive travel will be required to go onsite, as the team is developing, meet with potential clients and vendors.
