Fresh from our appearance on Dragon's Den, Cubbi is building the UK's leading platform for new and expecting parents, connecting families with exclusive discounts, offers and support from hundreds of leading brands. Today, we work with more than 300 brand partners including Holland & Barrett, Tommee Tippee, Nike, Crocs, Gousto and many more. We have an ambitious goal to grow that network and become an essential platform for families nationwide.
To help us get there, we're looking for a highly motivated Brand Partnerships Manager to take ownership of our growing partner network and play a key role in our next stage of growth.
The Role
As Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for both growing and managing our brand partner portfolio. You'll identify and onboard new brands, nurture existing relationships, uncover commercial opportunities and ensure our partners receive an outstanding experience working with Cubbi. This is not a corporate role with rigid processes and layers of management. You'll be joining a small, ambitious team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in. You'll be the first member of our partnerships team, taking ownership of one of the most important functions within the business. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the strategy, build new processes and play a key role in defining how the function evolves. For the right person, there is clear progression into a senior leadership role with the opportunity to build and manage your own team as the business grows. We're not hiring someone to fill a position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the company and help build something exceptional.
What You'll Be Doing...
- PARTNERSHIP GROWTH
- Identify and approach new brands that would be a great fit for the Cubbi platform
- Manage outreach campaigns and partnership conversations
- Negotiate and onboard new brand partners
- Build a strong pipeline of future partnership opportunities
- Help us achieve our goal of becoming the UK's largest parent-focused brand network
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Manage relationships with existing brand partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner enquiries
- Support brands with offers, campaigns and promotions
- Ensure partners achieve strong results and remain engaged with Cubbi
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth
- COMMERCIAL GROWTH
- Identify opportunities to upsell premium placements and additional exposure opportunities
- Work with brands to create successful promotional campaigns
- Help drive partnership revenue and commercial performance
- Contribute ideas for new revenue streams and partnership products
- STARTUP LIFE
- Represent Cubbi at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
- Contribute ideas across the business
- Support marketing, content and community initiatives where needed
- Help shape processes, systems and the future of the partnerships function
About You

Bonus points if you have
- Experience in partnerships, business development, account management or sales
- Experience working in startups or high-growth businesses
- Experience managing commercial relationships
- Experience using CRM tools and sales pipelines
- An understanding of affiliate marketing, ecommerce or consumer brands
