Our client is a not-for-profit financial institution, whose goal is to give back to the local community by providing ethical finance to those in need. Established for over 30 years, they serve people who live in Lewisham, Bromley, and surrounding areas. They’re looking for a Business Development / Relationship Manager to develop new relationships with local businesses as payroll partners whilst maintaining and capitalising on existing ones. This role will involve independent business development and relationship management, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the organisation and the role and make a real impact on an ethical nonprofit. The ideal candidate would be somebody who would be comfortable and confident at starting new conversations with businesses, charities, and local government, would be able to hit the ground running, and has at least 2 years of experience in a business development or relationship management role.
