We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales & Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a key role responsible for driving new business, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting our sales operations through proactive outreach and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Manage and update CRM systems with customer data, activities, and sales progress
- Handle and process new business enquiries promptly and professionally
- Follow up on quotes and proposals, ensuring timely feedback and closure
- Develop new customer relationships and maintain ongoing rapport with clients
- Coordinate with external sales team to align strategies and ensure seamless communication
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Provide customer service and order support as needed to ensure a great client experience
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key decision-makers
- Work with systems such as (or similar to) First Degree Windows Designer
- Proven experience in telesales, lead generation, or inside sales
- Confident communicator with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
