About The Role
I am recruiting for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse Operator to join my clients team in wellingborough. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong understanding of pick, pack, and dispatch processes. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Perform pick, pack, and dispatch duties with accuracy.
- Use handheld scanners and computers for inventory tracking.
- Label cartons and re-stack pallets as required.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure warehouse safety standards are met.
Key Requirements
- Forklift license and experience. (Can be trained in house where required).Ideally VNA experience
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Experience with pick, pack, and dispatch operations.
- Confident using handheld scanners and computers.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
