Customer Service Coordinator – Exciting Opportunity – Kettering – Office based

Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team. If you\’re self-motivated, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we\’d love to hear from you!

In this key role, you\’ll ensure a smooth and efficient after-sales process, acting as a vital link between customers and internal departments. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience, maintaining satisfaction both internally and externally.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Process all sales orders, ensuring complete and accurate customer information is collected and documented
  • Manage post-sale order tracking, stock monitoring, and project allocation for delivery
  • Coordinate with Despatch, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure timely and complete project fulfilment
  • Ensure all customer delivery schedules are met efficiently
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and warmly
  • Maintain and improve internal customer service processes
  • Process extras, spare parts, and quick orders promptly to meet lead times
  • Investigate and respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring thorough resolution
  • Maintain weekly reporting on customer service KPIs
  • Support additional business operations as required
