CTVC are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to come onboard for a new Fact Ent Ob doc series. Start date – ASAP through to May 2027
The ideal candidate would have a number of credits on similar projects.
The role is based in our London office – minimum 4 days per week in the office and 1 day from home. The ability to go out on location around the UK. Driving a big plus.
- General admin for programmes shooting out on location and supporting crew and team on location
- Overseeing booking travel and accommodation for crew/talent
- Creating call sheets and managing release forms
- Accurately logging and monitoring costs and expenses
- Assisting with programme delivery to broadcaster or client, and all associated paperwork and clear-up, including rushes logs and drive management
- Experience of Albert and sustainability in production.
- Energetic, hard working and flexible approach
- Maintaining office and production systems
The nature of the show means that the team/unit will be moving locations daily so experience in forward planning is a must.
Contract length – approximately 8 months/full time
