Due to an increase in work load we are recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist to join our leading client on a permanent basis at their site near Yeadon, Leeds. Successful candidates must be time-served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specifications.
Candidates will be required to work on a range of CNC Millers and Lathes. Candidates must also have experience in programming their own work. A strong CNC Milling machining background would be highly advantageous. This role is available for an immediate start.
Hours – Monday – Thursday 0800 - 1700 / Friday - 0800 - 1230
The Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience working within a sub contract machine shop environment machining components to fine tolerances
- The ability to manipulate both CNC Millers and Lathes
- The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings
Candidate Skills:
- Time-served with demonstrable experience working within a Sub contract Machine shop environment
- Experience in CNC programming (Siemens/Alphacam is advantageous)
- Experienced working on a range of CNC Millers and Lathes
