- Behavior Management: Use specialized strategies to manage challenging behaviors and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists.
- Pastoral Care: Provide emotional support to help students build confidence, independence, and social skills essential for the transition to adulthood.
