We are currently recruiting experienced and passionate Chefs to work in Care Homes and Nursing Homes in Edmonton.
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Location: Edmonton
Hours: Full-time, Part-time & Flexible Shifts Available
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking nutritious, high-quality meals for residents
- Catering for special dietary requirements and allergens
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Managing food stock and reducing waste
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Working effectively within a busy kitchen team
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous Chef experience, ideally within care homes, nursing homes, healthcare, or catering environments
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above preferred)
- Knowledge of dietary needs for elderly residents
- Enhanced DBS preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
