Job Role Contracts Manager Location: Warrenpoint JOB SUMMARY CTS are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to run the day to day operation of one of our new contracts with an existing client.

The Post is based at our head office in Warrenpoint.
You will need to be a confident leader, who can manage and motivate a team of on the ground operatives as well as an office-based administration team.
You will also need to have the ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues, customers and other key stakeholders.
The job will give you some fantastic opportunities to work with a variety of people at all levels of seniority in a very fast-moving environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Building and maintaining a strong client partnership relationship and provide a day-to-day client advice and support.
Maintaining tight operational control, and making sure that the operational teams have a clear understanding of their job role, and its importance to the contract Providing leadership to colleagues and developing an engaged workforce Responsible for performance reviews, recruitment and other aspects of HR Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customers/clients to demonstrate performance and understanding of their needs Achievement targets/KPIs Be accountable for cost control; wages, overhead management and expenses EXPERIENCE Proven experience of delivering operational excellence and managing teams.
Experience of MTC especially in the social housing sector.
