Are you a skilled electrician looking for your next opportunity? CTS-Cardo are seeking to recruit additional Electrical Inspection & Test Engineers for new contracts in the Belfast and South Down Areas.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Installation & Condition Testing as and when required
  • Working in void and occupied premises
  • Working in a commercial environment
  • Experience in planned and cyclical maintenance
  • Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that CTS expect
  • Uphold Data Protection Policies
  • Travel across Belfast & South Down
  • Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
  • Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
  • Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
  • Observe & follow all manual handling practices

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fully qualified Electrician
  • 18th Edition
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Full UK Driving License
  • C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing and BS 7671
  • 3 years post apprenticeship experience

As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations properties, we will require a recent Enhanced Access NI certificate. CTS will perform an Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar an individual from employment.
