Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site QHSE Executive role based in Silchester. The QHSE Executive will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across all operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, conducting risk assessments and incident investigations, and supporting audits and inspections. The role involves preparing and maintaining QHSE documentation, procedures, and records, and collaborating with operational teams to embed safe working practices and a strong safety culture. The QHSE Executive will also help deliver QHSE training, report on performance metrics, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce risk and drive operational excellence.
