To support our continued growth we are seeking a new team member to support our logistics operations.
Responsible for the collection of samples from our clients, your role forms the first part of the overarching testing service provided by CTS.
Collection / Delivery Driver Duties And Responsibilities Will Include:- Driving a commercial vehicle (medium/long wheel base van)
- Collecting client samples from a pre-determined route
- Completing reactive/last minute collection requests
- Delivering sample containers to client sites
- Communicating with clients on sites
- Liaising with the Client Support Team
- Occasionally providing emergency sick cover for night shift drivers
- Comfortable using various phone based apps
- Clean driving licence preferable (maximum 3 penalty points)
- Previous commercial driving experience would be highly advantageous
- Comfortable driving LWB commercial vehicles
- Starting salary £26,000 (paid at £12.50 per hour)
- 45 hour working week
- Any overtime worked paid at 1.3 times basic rate of pay
- 25 days annual leave
