Задачи
Own the engineering hiring pipeline end to end, from intake to accepted offer, across several live roles
Run intake meetings with engineering leaders to define role level, candidate profile, interview process, and salary target
Build sourcing strategies for scarce profiles and conduct targeted outreach
Assess candidates' technical understanding, evaluate their seniority and contributions, and make clear recommendations
Improve the engineering interview process, including first-round questions and Teamtailor scorecards
Coach interviewers on conducting effective interviews, especially with sourced candidates
Advise hiring managers on market conditions, salary expectations, and trade-offs related to hybrid and location requirements
Run debriefs, encourage timely decisions, and manage offers through to close, including references and pay discussions
Manage agency partners for engineering roles, brief them, and uphold quality standards
Use pipeline data to track conversion and time to hire, flag bottlenecks, and report progress in the weekly hiring sync
Support hiring in Product and other functions when needed
Lead the weekly engineering hiring sync
Требования
Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a strong track record of hiring software engineers, in-house or agency
Understand engineering well enough to distinguish lead from senior candidates and assess their actual contributions
Have built pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles through direct sourcing
Be a trusted partner to engineering leaders and challenge them with evidence when hiring standards or processes slip
Manage several searches at once while maintaining pace, quality, and candidate experience
Pay attention to detail, including accurate notes, timely updates, and thoughtful rejection feedback
Raise concerns early when a search is off track and propose a plan to address it
Use data and new tools, including AI, to work efficiently without cutting corners
