Role Overview
As Administrative Assistant to the leadership team at Ctrl Alt, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, managing priorities, and helping the team focus on high-impact work. You’ll be right at the heart of the executive team, working behind the scenes to keep the business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Schedule meetings both internal and external as required and provide support to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
- Promote Ctrl Alt’s culture and bring new ideas to the team.
- Support project management tasks and help track deliverables, deadlines, and action items.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them.
About You
- Experience in assisting and supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech start-up.
- Clear organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Background in booking complex business travel.
- Highly efficient, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with G-Suite, Slack and MacOS.
- Comfortable working 5 days a week from the London office for hands-on support.
