What’s involved:
As Ctrl Alt continues to grow and transaction volumes increase, we seek a highly skilled individual to manage our external affairs. They will be responsible for communications with clients from the initial point of contact through to the preparation of marketing materials throughout the life-cycle of a transaction and post, as well as any investor updates that may go out.
As part of the role, they will also be responsible for general communications issued by the business including newsletters, socials and managing our external presence such as events etc.
We are looking for someone with experience in investor relations/client-facing financial services who is comfortable managing internal parties, clients and other third parties. Marketing knowledge is required as part of this role.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Investor External Affairs Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with our institutional and high-net-worth investor base, effectively communicating Ctrl Alt\’s value proposition, and driving engagement with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare investor updates, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders
- Manage press releases as well as the external image of the business
- Events road-mapping and arranging speaking opportunities
- Maintaining broader materials related to the business including board packs, newsletters and socials
- Manage copywriters, PR agencies and other third parties
- Market research and being on the pulse for tokenisation
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, asset management, or institutional sales
- Strong understanding of alternative assets and tokenization is a plus
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Comfortable with writing press releases and a knack for social media marketing
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma to help produce material
- Team player, willing to get involved across the business and get things done
