You will own the engineering hiring pipeline across backend, blockchain, and financial systems, partner with engineering leaders, and shape evaluation criteria and market expectations.
You will work with the Talent team across Belfast and London, driving sourcing strategies and improving interview processes, with opportunities to influence product and other functions as we grow.
