Role Overview:
Ctrl Alt is at the forefront of innovation in alternative assets with a particular focus on assets with exceptional risk-adjusted returns. We are looking for a proven and experienced Fundraising Lead to drive our capital introduction efforts in Europe. You will work alongside the CEO and sales team to manage and run the distribution function.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the capital raising efforts in Europe for assets where we have a distribution mandate
- Manage and develop close relationships with investors
- Work closely with asset owners to understand the problems they have in the capital raising process and the investors they want to work with
- Collaborate with our structuring, product and technology teams to create solutions that enable capital allocations
- Represent the company at conferences and other events, working with our marketing team on outreach strategies
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in raising capital for alternative assets, funds or other financial products with a proven track record
- Desire to innovate and solve challenging problems
- Deep knowledge of alternative assets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
