What’s Involved

We’re seeking a Senior Structurer to help scale our tokenised funds and structuring business. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a critical function and help reshape a market that’s ready for meaningful innovation. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally within a fast-growing fintech, partnering closely with sales and strategic partnerships teams to design, launch, and optimise cutting-edge tokenised investment structures.

In this role you will:

• Work with asset managers and their service providers to design, structure, and launch tokenised funds from inception to market
• Architect innovative investment solutions using a range of fund and issuance structures enabled by tokenisation
• Support our global structuring capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions
• Act as a trusted problem-solver for clients and internal teams, bridging traditional fund structures with modern financial technology

Requirements

Must Haves

• Bring experience in funds and SPV structuring across the UK and European markets
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for execution
• Have a proactive, growth-oriented mindset, with a desire to learn, develop, and elevate those around you
• Motivated by disruption and innovation in the funds and structuring landscape
• Have a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative financial or investment solutions

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience at a fintech or early stage business
• Experience in tokenisation and blockchain technology
