What's Involved
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Product Operations Manager to join the Product team at Ctrl Alt, based in London. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 3‑5 years’ experience to develop a career in product operations within a fast‑growing fintech environment. Working closely with the Head of Product Operations, you will gain hands‑on exposure across all areas of the business, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of Ctrl Alt’s platform while helping to design, implement and scale global operational frameworks. You will play an important role in delivering projects, enhancing processes and supporting effective business‑as‑usual operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly driven, organised and eager to learn, with a strong interest in fintech, operations and regulated environments.
