What's Involved

We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Chief of Staff, in supporting the CEO Office. This is a high‑exposure, high‑impact role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving a wide range of problems, and wants to learn how a high‑growth fintech operates from the inside. The role is similar to what Jack previously did for the CEO - spanning research, sales support, operations, and general problem‑solving across the business. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be expected to move quickly, think critically, and execute at a high standard. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, stepping into whatever is most important at any given time. From supporting commercial initiatives and driving internal projects to conducting research, preparing materials, and helping move key initiatives forward across the business, this role encompasses everything. This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in our London office.

In this role you will:

  • Work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO office on high‑priority initiatives across the business.
  • Take ownership of a wide variety of tasks spanning research, commercial, operational, and administrative work.
  • Support sales efforts by joining calls, preparing materials, and following up with prospects.
  • Help drive key projects forward by coordinating across teams and ensuring execution stays on track.
  • Act as a general problem‑solver – stepping into gaps wherever needed to keep the business moving.
  • Manage and prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Improve internal processes and help scale systems as the company grows.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the Chief of Staff to increase leverage across the leadership team.
