What’s Involved

We’re seeking a Head of Structuring to lead and scale our tokenised funds and structuring business. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a critical function and help reshape a market that’s ready for meaningful innovation. In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally within a fast‑growing fintech, partnering closely with sales and strategic partnerships teams to design, launch, and optimise cutting‑edge tokenised investment structures.

In this role you will:

• Partner with asset managers and their service providers to design, structure, and launch tokenised funds from inception to market.
• Architect innovative investment solutions using a range of fund and issuance structures enabled by tokenisation.
• Build and evolve our global structuring capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions.
• Act as a trusted problem‑solver for clients and internal teams, bridging traditional fund structures with modern financial technology.
• Serve as the internal authority on fund structuring, shaping product direction and supporting commercial teams with deep expertise.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Bring deep experience in funds and SPV structuring across the UK and European markets.
• Ambition to lead a business line.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for execution.
• Have a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset, with a desire to learn, develop, and elevate those around you.
• Motivated by disruption and innovation in the funds and structuring landscape.
• Have a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative financial or investment solutions.

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience at a fintech or early stage business.
• Experience in tokenisation and blockchain technology.
