What’s Involved

We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to work directly with the Chief of Staff, in supporting the CEO Office. This is a high‑exposure, high‑impact role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving a wide range of problems, and wants to learn how a high‑growth fintech operates from the inside. The role is similar to what Jack previously did for the CEO - spanning research, sales support, operations, and general problem‑solving across the business. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be expected to move quickly, think critically, and execute at a high standard. You’ll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, stepping into whatever is most important at any given time. From supporting commercial initiatives and driving internal projects to conducting research, preparing materials, and helping move key initiatives forward across the business, this role encompasses everything. This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in our London office.

In this role you will:

  • Work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO office on high‑priority initiatives across the business.
  • Take ownership of a wide variety of tasks spanning research, commercial, operational, and administrative work.
  • Support sales efforts by joining calls, preparing materials, and following up with prospects.
  • Help drive key projects forward by coordinating across teams and ensuring execution stays on track.
  • Act as a general problem‑solver – stepping into gaps wherever needed to keep the business moving.
  • Manage and prioritise competing demands in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Improve internal processes and help scale systems as the company grows.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the Chief of Staff to increase leverage across the leadership team.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and switching between very different types of work quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise documents.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to understand and engage with business problems.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks of any size, from strategic work to admin.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive information.
  • A proactive mindset – you anticipate problems and solve them before they arise.

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience in a startup, scale‑up, consulting, investment banking, or similar fast‑paced environment.
  • Exposure to the blockchain/DeFi landscape would be very useful.
  • Interest in fintech, capital markets, or blockchain technology.
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders or leadership teams.

Join a scaling fintech building the next generation of investment banking. You’ll work at the intersection of capital markets and cutting‑edge blockchain technology, helping drive and shape the future of financial infrastructure.
