The Opportunity
We are hiring a Brand Designer to lead the creative and brand direction for Ctrl Alt. This is a hands‑on role for an independent designer who thrives in high‑growth environments and is comfortable moving quickly. You will be accountable for the brand’s visual identity, design system and creative output, reporting into the Head of Marketing. You will balance day‑to‑day execution with longer‑term brand building, creative strategy and scaling, ensuring the brand is consistently expressed across all touchpoints. This is a full‑time, in‑office role based in our London office.
In This Role You Will:
- Evolve Ctrl Alt’s visual identity across colour, typography, illustration and imagery as the company grows.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system, including components, styles, guidelines, training and enablement for teams.
- Design, iterate and optimise the website to ensure visual clarity and alignment with target audiences.
- Lead high‑impact creative projects, including campaigns, reports and events.
- Develop sales and marketing materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies and event collateral, translating complex messaging into clear visuals.
- Create reusable templates and assets for social media, editorial, reports, charts, presentations, event materials and whitepapers, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
