Pay Rate
- £13.15 per hour, increasing to £13.45 per hour after 12 weeks' service, subject to performance.
About the Role
- We are looking for a reliable and hardworking WIP Chiller Operative to join our busy fresh fruit manufacturing operation.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting Work in Progress (WIP) products, which are fruits that have been prepared or partially processed and are awaiting the next stage of production. The role involves storing, moving, and managing stock within the chiller while maintaining accurate stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out), product quality standards, and full product traceability at all times.
- This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a PPT Driver, Warehouse Operative, Chiller Operative, Dispatch Operative, or Multi-Skilled Production Operative.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday (3 shifts)
- Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday (4 shifts)
- Pattern repeats continuously on a 2-week rotation
Working Hours
- 05:30 AM to 05:30 PM
- 1-hour unpaid break
