We are currently seeking a Recruitment Ancillary Support Colleague to join our agency team on a temporary basis from July to December. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting recruitment operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Location - Westmorland Business Park, Gilthwaiterigg Ln, Kendal, LA9 6NW

Role Overview

This position provides light administrative and recruitment support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent service to both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Assist with candidate onboarding and recruitment coordination
  • Manage and update records for absence and holiday tracking
  • Support compliance and maintain accurate system data
  • Handle client and candidate communication, ensuring a professional and responsive service
  • Carry out additional ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Working Hours: 5 days per week Sunday to Thursday

  • Sunday 08:00 - 12:00
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00
  • 30-minute unpaid break
  • Total 34 hours paid

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
