This is a fantastic role for someone passionate about coaching, colleague engagement, and helping others reach their full potential. As a Performance Lead, you will play a key part in supporting, developing and guiding CTRG Colleagues working on site at the Co‑op. You'll help shape their journey from day one whether through delivering engaging introductions, coaching them on performance expectations, or providing day to day support and motivation. What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of agency colleagues.
- Provide daily performance check‑ins and personalized coaching sessions.
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings focused on performance, attendance, and behaviour.
- Foster a positive, motivating environment that supports colleague success.
- Support the induction of new colleagues, delivering engaging and informative group introductions.
OnSite Engagement:
- Complete daily floor walks to give proactive, hands‑on support.
- Collaborate closely with Co‑op Team Managers and the CTRG Contract Manager.
- Share clear performance insights, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and client partners.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of colleague performance and development.
- Track and complete follow‑up actions from coaching sessions, meetings, and client interactions.
