Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Administrator
You will be paid £12.71 per hour
Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Administrator
You will be working on fixed shift Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm
Your role as a full time Warehouse Administrator
- Overseeing order system - Release and despatch orders on the system
- Checking of orders including releasing and allocating orders and printing all relevant paperwork
- Telephone booking deliveries and answering calls
- Making bookings for deliveries using email
- Organise and book transport for all deliveries
- Performing admin tasks for warehouse operations - Preparing all documentation for oncoming booked shipments
- Take responsibility to ensure that all administrative duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- To accurately complete all appropriate documentation
- Communicating with the team and haulage and customers
- Using excel spreadsheets for data capture and reporting
- All filing and archiving of paperwork
What we are looking for in a successful candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Willingness to learn
- Good level of communication
- Can adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards
- Ideally own transport as the bus service is limited in the area
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must already have and hold a legal status to work in the UK
