FLT Counterbalance Driver / Yard Operative Required Newark, NG24 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm OR 8am-8pm Temp to Perm £12.77 per hour.
CTRG: Mansfield Hub are working in partnership with one of our key clients based in Newark, NG24 to recruit 2 x experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join their yard based team.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Moving/transporting products/raw materials around the yard to allow the Handballers to load and unload vehicles
- Stacking and storing products in designated areas
- Yard duties as assigned
- Ensuring all goods are transported without damage
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed and promoting a good H&S culture on Site
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSAAR preferred - in house cannot be accepted)
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or yard environment
- Good awareness of health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
