What You'll Be Doing: CTRG Limited is hiring experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to support our client, doing multidrop work, delivering telephone communication items on pallets and boxes. You'll need to be comfortable with navigating remote depots and being responsible to unload when required. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years HGV Class 2 driving experience and recent, continuous driving. You may also be required to drive an FLT to load the truck.
Pay Rates (per hour):
- Days: £19.21
- Overtime: £26.19 (after 37.5 hrs)
Weekly Pay
Shifts: Mon-Fri, Shift times 08:00 - 16:00, ongoing work, overtime required on some occasions, ranges from 5-10 drops per day, 30min break deduction.
What You'll Need:
- Valid UK CE (Class 2) Licence with minimum 2 years experience
- DCPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph
- Valid UK FLT License and FLT experience for 6 months
- Understanding of Driver's Hours & Working Time Directive
- Ability to complete vehicle safety checks and report defects
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude
