Are you looking to start a career in logistics as a Hygiene Operative? We are looking for a full-time, permanent, Hygiene Operative to join us at our client's warehouse in Livingston, EH54 8TB. This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process, as well as tray wash operation, for one of the leading grocery supermarkets. The site is fast-paced, and diverse, with plenty of development opportunities.

You will be working on a full time, permanent basis, on a shift pattern of:

  • Days of work: Any 5/7 days
  • Shift timings: Flexibility to work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
  • Hourly pay rate: £12.58

What you'll do on a typical day as a Hygiene Operative:

  • Maintain hygiene inside the warehouse
  • Washing the floor with a ride on scrubber (training will be provided)
  • Cleaning food waste tipper and general compactor inside and out
  • Cleaning out the bailer shed of card and plastic
  • Washing both bailers daily, more duties will be added as needed

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous Hygiene experience required - all training will be provided
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn something new
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work
