Join a friendly, well-organised team where your role helps keep daily operations running smoothly. Lakeland Distribution Centre and CTRG Limited are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals to support site operations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Only

  • Choose from two fixed shifts: 06:10 - 14:10 or 14:00 - 22:00
  • Consistent Monday to Friday schedule
  • No weekend work! - excellent work-life balance

Pay & Benefits:

  • £12.71 per hour
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x (after 37 hours per week)
  • Weekly pay every Friday

In this role, you will:

  • Support the safe and efficient movement of goods
  • Carry out routine safety checks on equipment
  • Assist with loading and unloading tasks
  • Complete daily operational duties
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
