ctrg are currently recruiting for a dedicated team of Weekend Hygiene Operatives to work in the Cwmbran area NP44 3EU, for our long-established client the UK\’s leading food manufacturers and retailers. Pay Rate as a Hygiene Operative: £14.00 per hourYour role as a Hygiene Operative: Carry out day to day hygiene activities in line with daily requirements ensuring operational integrity General pot washing duties, cleaning lines and machines adhering to high company standards, general waste management Review equipment and highlight damage, escalating risks to the appropriate personnel Ensure that chemicals are used and stored correctly Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to the correct personnel Follow work instructions highlighting any issues to the Hygiene Senior Operator Promote a good health, safety and environmental culture within the department Identify and highlight any opportunities that make sustainable improvements to increase quality, performance in support of the overall shift plan We\’re looking for good level of English ideally hygiene experience within a food manufacturing environment, but this isn\’t mandatory Attention to detail Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Ability to work unsupervisedShift times as a Hygiene Operative: 6AM – 6PM every Saturday and Sunday Benefits as a Hygiene Operative: This is a long-term position.
