As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality food products whilst working in a fast-paced and supportive environment where safety, quality and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do.
Shift Pattern
• Rotating shifts
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
- Working across 7 days, including weekends, on a rostered basis
- Full-time, permanent employment
The Role
Working within both Low Risk and High Risk production areas, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out production duties as directed by Team Leaders and Shift Managers
- Operating machinery and equipment once trained and authorised xgikmsk
- Ensuring products meet quality, food safety and hygiene standards
- Completing production paperwork and quality checks accurately
- Following all HACCP, GMP and site operating procedures
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and following 'Clean As You Go' practices
