Pay Rate as a Production Operative:
- Days: £13.23p/h
- Overtime: £17.70 p/h
- Sunday: £23.60p/h
- £15 per day attendance allowance for shifts over 6 hours
- Nights: Under 12 weeks £13.04 p/h
- Overtime: £19.56p/h
- Sundays: £26.08 p/h
Typical hours as a Food Production Operative will be:
- Days: 06:00-14:00 | 13:45-22:00 early finish on Friday at 20:45
You will be working Monday to Friday with early finishes on Friday!
As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Weighing and checking raw materials before production
- Packing packets of sauces on a production line and working towards deadlines and targets
- Ensuring food safety measures are adhered to
- Running quality checks post-production
- Carrying out simple repetitive standard operating procedures
