We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Freezer Warehouse Operative in Tesco Aylesford, ME20 7XH.
Please note: this position is for a freezer department. Temperatures as low as -21 degrees.
Pay rate and shifts as a full-time Warehouse Operative:
- Pay rates: £16.26- £28.73 per hour - Depending on shift and Rota
- Performance bonus up to £1 additional per hour
- Increased pay at the weekends £21.22 per hour
Shifts Available (limited availability):
- Mornings 06:00-14:00
- Afternoons: 14:00-22:00
- Nights 22:00-06:00
The Warehouse Operative role includes:
- Picking and manually handling stock
- Working towards KPI Targets around performance and accuracy
- Finding damaged products and repairing them
- Scanning on and off damages
- Lift and sweep (picking up pallets with manual handling equipment and sweeping under them)
- Also picking when not needed in the freezer department.
Our ideal candidate:
- Must be 18 and over to apply
- Must be able to lift up to 25kg in weight
- Must pass a Drug and Alcohol test before starting
- Must be able to work in cold environments (freezer -25 degrees)
