CTRG is recruiting for a number of Production Operatives to join our client's site in Bridgwater, TA6 4RN. Your pay rate and shifts as an Engineering Admin: Pay rate: £12.72p/h Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00 (38 hours) The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00 (38 hours) Immediate start until the end of December 2026 Key Responsibilities Help keep maintenance schedules up to date and support the engineering team with planned work activities. Enter and maintain maintenance records, work requests and equipment information in company systems. Track progress of maintenance tasks and update records when work is completed. Produce simple reports and spreadsheets to support the maintenance team. Provide general administrative support to the engineering department. Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and company systems to record and share information. Ensure information is entered accurately and in a timely manner. Support the team with other administrative duties as required. Support and maintain accuracy of engineering purchasing systems Candidate Profile: Previous administration experience in an office, engineering or manufacturing environment is desirable. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Good attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and maintaining records. Organised and able to manage a variety of routine tasks. Good communication skills and able to work with different teams. Willing to learn new systems and processes. Reliable, positive and able to work independently when required. Experience of SAP or similar systems would be an advantage but is not essential.
