Pay rate: £12.89 to £21.27 per hour

Shift: Flexible and willing to work across various shift patterns

Hours: 6am until 2pm / 2pm until 10pm / 10pm until 6am

Location: Plymouth, PL7 4JH

Potential start: Wednesday 18th February 2026

Your role as a full time Warehouse Operative:

  • You will be required to work in the chilled section (2-5 degrees Celsius)
  • Pick items using a voice activated pick system
  • Operate LLOP (full training provided)
  • Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
  • Pick/pack meat and alcohol

Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Able to commit to working up to five shifts per week if required.

For candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and potential, we offer training on MHE (Material Handling Equipment) for picking roles in both Ambient and Milk departments.

Shift available:

  • Dayshift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Backshift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Nightshift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Overtime opportunities may be available.

Your pay rates as a full time Warehouse Operative:

  • Day shift rate: (6am-2pm) £12.89 - £14.83 per hour
  • Afternoon shift: £14.83 - £16.77 per hour
  • Night shift: £16.12 - £18.06 per hour
  • Overtime £19.33 - £21.27 per hour
