ctrg are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to support on‑site operations alongside several key clients in the Midlands area

The coordinator acts as the main point of contact, supervising staff, ensuring safety and legal compliance, and managing day-to-day operations to meet clients' needs and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities: * Absence management * Coordinating with client supervisors * Drive and monitor performance * Rota management including booking and planning of staff * Managing and contributing to client goals, such as productivity, production, and quality. * Coordinating recruitment activities like open days and assessment days.

Qualifications and skills * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivation and leadership abilities. * A "can-do" attitude and the ability to remain calm and professional. * Flexibility, as the role may require working extended or unsociable hours during peak periods. * An understanding of the recruitment and site operations they are managing.

  • Driving licence and own vehicle is a must as this role requires travelling across Midlands area.
  • Rate of Pay

£13.50 per hour, paid weekly.
