Reports to: Contracts Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Home Based/Field Based - as required by the business.
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum
Introduction and Job Purpose
To support learners to be the best versions of themselves through achieving their potential. To develop wider skill areas such as Warehouse and Health and Safety. This role will enable learners to achieve success by providing high quality professional teaching, training, assessment, coaching and mentoring in:
- Warehousing Principles (up to L2)
- Health and Safety (up to L3)
- Employability (up to L2)
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Intent
- Plan a robust, cohesive and challenging learning curriculum that meets relevant industry and Company requirements.
- Plan for and effectively apply differentiation, as required, for the learning programmes of all new learners.
- Identify additional learning needs for learners and work with the Learner Experience Manager to agree how these will be met.
- Promote high expectations of all learners.
- Proactively work as part of the team, participating in and contributing towards meetings, standardizations, improvement plans, self-assessments.
Curriculum Implementation
- Support and develop learners to maximize their full potential and ensure attainment of learning aims and progress towards their individual goals and aspirations.
- Deliver engaging, dynamic, high quality learning programmes, in-line with the Company's Curriculums.
- Identify and escalate concerns timely for learners who are not making planned progress.
- Keep up-to-date with teaching and assessment practices and occupational knowledge and skills within subject area of specialism.
- Review learner work and progress and action, providing both formative and summative feedback.
- Act as an ambassador for the Company promoting high expectations, safeguarding, British Values, behaviour and welfare.
Curriculum Impact
- Maintain all required records, as specified by the Company.
- Ensure systems (Moodle, CRM) are up to date and reflect progress learners are making at all times.
- Majority of learners to complete and achieve learning programmes, in line with the KPI's.

Person Specification
- Recognised Teaching Qualification Level 4 or 5 Min Level 3.
- Assessor qualification.
- Level II in English and Mathematics/Functional Skills.
- Experience of working as a Tutor delivering a range of programmes.
- Working knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent and Fundamental British Values.
- Experience of supporting and managing learners aged 16+.
- Effective planning, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and communication skills imparted to learners.
- Attention to detail with a right first-time mentality.
