Pay Rate as a Production Operative:
- Nights: Rate of pay £15.00ph
- Overtime: £19.56p/h
- Sundays: £26.08 p/h
Typical hours as a Food Production Operative will be:
- 21:45 to 06:00, Mondays to Thursdays
- 20:30 to 03:30, Fridays
You will be working Monday to Friday with early finishes on Friday!
As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Weighing and checking raw materials before production
- Packing packets of sauces on a production line and working towards deadlines and targets
- To ensure food safety measures are adhered
- To run quality checks post-production
- To carry out simple repetitive standard operating procedures
