ctrg is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives in Andover, SP11 8EZ. This role at Co-op Andover involves working in a chilled environment (2-5°C), with the option to work in a freezer environment (-25°C).
Key Responsibilities:- Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP)
- Pick/pack meat and alcohol
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
- Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
- Work in a team to achieve key targets
- Meet performance and productivity targets
- Pick items using a voice-activated system
- Afternoon shift: (2pm-10pm) £14.83 - £16.77 per hour
- Night shift: (10pm-6am) £16.12 to £18.06
- Overtime £19.33 - £21.27 per hour after 37.5h
