Days: 3 Weeks rolling rota (Every 3 weeks Weekend Off)

Hours: 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am

ctrg is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives in Andover, SP11 8EZ. This role at Co-op Andover involves working in a chilled environment (2-5°C), with the option to work in a freezer environment (-25°C).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP)
  • Pick/pack meat and alcohol
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
  • Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
  • Work in a team to achieve key targets
  • Meet performance and productivity targets
  • Pick items using a voice-activated system
Shift Details:
  • Afternoon shift: (2pm-10pm) £14.83 - £16.77 per hour
  • Night shift: (10pm-6am) £16.12 to £18.06
  • Overtime £19.33 - £21.27 per hour after 37.5h
