Pay: £12.71-13.64 per hour (full time) – £12.95 before 12 weeks, £13.64 after 12 weeks. Part‑time day £12.71, night £12.85.
Working Hours: 12‑hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rotation. Day shift: 6am–6pm. Night shift: 6pm–6am. Part‑time: 1–4 shifts per week, 10‑hour shifts, no paid breaks. Part‑time workers may be required on both day and night shifts, depending on operation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Load empty trays onto the wash machine for cleaning.
- Unload clean trays from the wash machine and stack them for collection.
- Empty cardboard cages onto the bailing machine for condensing.
- Ensure a hazard‑free zone by keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
- No experience required – all training provided.
