Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Pay rate:

  • Days under 12 weeks: £12.70 per hour
  • Days over 12 weeks: £13.30 per hour
  • Nights under 12 weeks: £14.70 per hour
  • Nights over 12 weeks: £15.73 per hour

Typical hours:

  • Day shift: 06:00am until 16:00pm (4 days on 4 days off)
  • Night shift: 18:00pm until 06:00am

Your role:

Applicants must be physically fit and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment. They will remove waste from trays and buckets before loading them into the washing machine (infeed). Outfeed involves taking the washed trays and buckets and placing them back on the pallet. Co‑workers may get wet occasionally and must perform constant lifting of trays and buckets. The work environment is loud with machines operating continuously – ear protection will be provided. This is a recycling centre environment.
