Love chocolate, pet food, or sweet treats? You’ll be surrounded by all three. Ctrg is looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our busy distribution team. From picking and packing to loading and stock control, you’ll help keep the UK’s favourite brands moving - fast, accurate, and in great condition.
What you’ll be doing
Picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, keeping stock organised, and working as part of a close-knit warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts Available
Mon - Fri Days 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating (30 mins unpaid break) £13.05 + £19.58 Overtime (Lots of Overtime Available)
Mon - Fri Twilight 2pm-10pm Fixed (30 mins unpaid break)
4 on 4 off days (0600-1800) - 30 mins unpaid break and 2 paid 15 minutes. £14.08 + £18.30 Overtime (Lots of Overtime Available)
4 on 4 off nights (1800-0600) - 30 mins unpaid break and 2 paid 15 minutes. £15.08 + £19.60 Overtime (Lots of Overtime Available)
Full training provided, experience is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and general warehouse duties.
- Keeping a safe and tidy workspace.
- Supporting wider warehouse operations.

- Reliable and punctual.
- Team player.
