- Typical working hours and pay rate as a full‑time Warehouse Coldstore Picker:
- Working Hours & Pay Rate
- Night: 19:00pm – 07:00am – £13.56phr + £2.29 (total £15.85)
- Basic pay rate: £13.56phr
- Night shift allowance (19:00 – 07:00) £2.29
Responsibilities
- Packing items within the freezer department (up to –25℃)
- Using manual handling best practices as part of the picking process
- Being flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects
- Operating voice picking equipment and demonstrating voice picking experience
- Operating material handling equipment (LLOP, FLT, PPT) experience preferred
Requirements
- 4on/4off shift experience required
- Previous coldstore picking experience preferred
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in freezer conditions
- Team‑work and communication skills
